A 6 week long module I took in my 1st year of Industrial Design Degree, where I had to rigorously produce forms out of blocks of blue foam to represent my idea of a AI Handset. I struggled to find the form I wanted in the early weeks of the module, where I learnt that working with blue foam requires lots of patience and precision down to the smallest detail of chamfers, fillets, radiuses. Every edge and point had to be resolved to meet the right expectations.
